OUR VISION

In this time a lot of people are looking for something in life, they feel restless and unsatisfied. That´s how we feel too, for the last few years we have been growing towards a stronger feeling we need to do something, we need to find out something, we dont know what and we dont know the answer to it either.

What's the question we're looking for?
What is most important in our lives? If you really look at it we are most of the time just working, eating and sleeping. Day in, day out. In the weekends we have some time together as a family and thats it. Why do I work? Not for the money cause thats always gone. Still we have a feeling alot is about money these days.

Working is a grey occupation where things like planning, priorities and money are most important. Every year we need to grow, grow and grow. If there is no growth people get very nervous. Pensions are suddenly gone, we need to work harder, longer. And when we do have growth we need more houses, more cars, more of everything. It´s sickening. We've got great suburbs without any spirit, big plots of offices without any heart and a whole load of conjested roads to connect them together.

In the way we are dealing with our landscape and nature frustrates us in a very deep level. It´s all about the money and growth. Are we that smart to be so stupid at the same time? People are great in many things but not in looking ahead. The old indians planned ahead 7 generations on every major decision they made. We just look ahead 4 years, thats the term our politics change and every things starts over again. What a shame for humanity. What will become of us in the western world with all the comfort and our wealth. Can´t we see that we as humanity need a different lifestyle to survive in the long run?

Questions
Isn´t there any alternative to this? Isn't it possible to live together in a more balanced way? More social and sustainable, more connected to eachother and to nature and Spirit? Not just for ourselves but also for the generations to come.

We are looking.

Living
We are looking for a place where you can share. Not just everyone for himself but more like living together and sharing things. We are looking for a place that´s close to nature. Where it is easier to feel this connection with mother earth and where you can feel and enjoy that we are part of this magical wonder that´s called life. We are looking for a place where joy and celebrating life are as important as work.

Working
We are looking for a place where we can work with eachother. Not where everyone has his own kingdom to defend, where planning and production and money are most important. We want a place where the most important thing is to feel good, where love and care come on the first place. Dont take everyting for granted, but live consiously and enjoy the people and nature around you. Where we can work and live in balance.

Learning
We are looking for a place where we can give Evelien an education that is not standard, but where she can enjoy the things she is good at and enjoy the freedom and creativity. Where she can deal with changes and where she can point out the things she wants to learn. A place where she can garden, swim, look at the plants, birds and bugs, act crazy, milk cows, bake bread, make music en learn many more things. Not just for Evelien but also for us a place to learn things and explore new terrain we havent discovered.
